Great Clips is seeking Assistant Salon Managers to support salon operations, motivate and develop a team of stylists, maintain organization and customer service, and continue cutting hair. The role offers hourly pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, training, development, and potential promotion to management. A valid cosmetology or barber license, technical haircutting skills, customer service, communication, organization, and a leadership-oriented mindset are required; management experience is not always necessary.
