Great Clips is hiring Assistant Salon Managers to support daily salon operations, motivate and help a team of stylists succeed, and continue cutting hair. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour in base pay, with tips potentially bringing earnings to $35–$40 per hour.
