Great Clips is hiring Assistant Salon Managers for its locally owned salons in the Northeast region of Kansas. The role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations, motivating and supporting a team of stylists, maintaining organization, and developing leadership skills. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership. The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $20-$40 per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, training, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k matching, student loan reimbursement, holiday pay, and vacation pay.
