Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to help run daily salon operations, mentor newer stylists, lead by example, and support a team while continuing to cut hair. The role requires a valid Michigan Cosmetology License, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership development. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour with guaranteed base pay, immediate tips, and performance commissions, along with a 401(k) match and flexible scheduling; medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.
