KIPP Columbus is hiring an Assistant School Leader to support the School Leader and serve as a visible member of the high school leadership team. The role combines instructional leadership, staff coaching and evaluation, professional learning, student culture and behavior systems, family partnership, college and career readiness, and school operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of full-time lead teaching experience, and experience analyzing school performance data and coaching adults.
