Description
The Assistant Senior Manager supports persons served with mental illness, physical illness, and substance abuse at Arundel Lodge through transportation, money management, diet coaching, shopping, cleaning, ADL assistance, life-skills teaching, recovery-model interventions, treatment planning, medication monitoring, crisis intervention, and coordination with clinical and residential teams. The role works with little direct supervision, requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable drug, tuberculosis, and criminal background checks, and may cover shifts and emergency phone coverage when the Program Manager is absent.
