Description
Transwest is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to supervise shop staff, support the Service Manager, oversee quality assurance, customer relations, scheduling, labor pricing, training, and shop performance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and MVR, strong communication and leadership skills, familiarity with gas and diesel truck repair and maintenance, and the ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days. Compensation is $90,000 with bonus eligibility, and the position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., with Saturdays as needed.
