Randstad Permanent Placement is hiring an Assistant Shift Leader for the paint line in Kruisem on an immediate permanent contract. The role works in a fixed two-shift system, supporting the team leader, monitoring task allocation and shift handovers, overseeing quality, safety, materials, and order flow, and working operationally in the paint shop, mainly hanging profiles. Candidates need fluent Dutch, good English, strong digital skills, and a hands-on, safety-conscious approach; SAP knowledge is advantageous but not required.
