Description
The Assistant Shift Supervisor in the Thawing Room supports the shift supervisor while independently setting up and operating machines, performing quality checks on brining, thawing, and conveyor operations, managing additives, and working with the production team. The role also involves motivating and guiding employees, maintaining safety, quality, and hygiene, and serving as a point of contact for colleagues.
