CoreCivic is hiring an Assistant Shift Supervisor for a correctional/detention facility. The role supports administrative and operational security activities, directly supervises officers on shift, may act as Shift Supervisor in their absence, conducts inspections, enforces rules and procedures, and helps maintain communication and consistency across shifts. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of criminal justice experience, one year of corrections experience, a valid driver's license, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. The posting lists pay of $38.26 per hour.
