Description
CoreCivic is hiring an Assistant Shift Supervisor to support administrative and operational security activities in a correctional or detention facility. The role directly supervises security officers, may act as Shift Supervisor, directs inmate/resident supervision while protecting legal rights, conducts security inspections, evaluates staff performance, enforces policies and procedures, and supports communication and operational consistency across shifts. The position pays $26.87 per hour and requires flexibility to work any post assignment on any shift.
