Farm Frites is hiring an Assistant Shift Supervisor to support production coordination, changeovers, staffing analysis, safety and quality coaching, process improvement, minor engineering and maintenance, and production reporting. The role requires technical insight, logical thinking, coaching and communication skills, and preferably a technical bachelor's degree and relevant production or packaging experience. It offers a competitive hourly wage of €22, shift premiums, meal vouchers, a free bag of fries weekly, an additional CAO day every 22 days worked, and a prospect of a permanent contract.
