Description
The Assistant Shipping Coordinator manages and tracks asset movements, schedules transportation, creates shipping documentation, and ensures timely delivery. The role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with transportation and logistics partners, monitors shipment status, supports compliance and warehouse operations, and uses JIRA to track projects and issues. It also generates KPI reports, supports business reviews, and recommends process improvements. The position requires 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, along with advanced Microsoft Excel, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
