Assistant shop manager role at O’Reilly Auto Parts focused on helping the shop operate productively, efficiently, and profitably by supporting customer service, sales, workflow coordination, staffing, training, safety and hazardous waste compliance, equipment maintenance, inventory/supplies, billing accuracy, and shop security. The role requires automotive and internal combustion engine knowledge, equipment operation, and strongly prefers bilingual candidates, ASE certification, and postsecondary technical education.
