Description
The Assistant Shop Manager supports the Shop Manager and sales team in achieving commercial objectives and maintaining quality standards. The role welcomes customers, provides fashion and product advice, guides customers through online ordering, represents the store’s brand, helps organize daily store operations, optimizes presentation and sales results, and coaches the sales team. Candidates should have initial experience in a similar position, preferably fashion experience, and a very good command of Dutch. The position offers a permanent full-time contract of 36 hours per week, performance-based bonuses, meal vouchers, end-of-year bonus, hospitalization insurance, staff discount, commuting allowance, family day, staff party, and vacation and seniority leave.
