BLISS Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach and motivate team members, deliver a high-energy customer experience, train staff, drive Unlimited Wash membership sales, maintain a clean and safe site, and step in as manager when needed. The role pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus commission, includes a $750 sign-on bonus, and offers medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, 401(k), and flexible scheduling benefits. It requires outdoor work in all weather, standing, walking, and light lifting, with leadership and team-building experience preferred.
