BLISS Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach and train team members, deliver a high-energy customer experience, drive Unlimited Wash membership sales, maintain a clean and safe site, and step in as manager when needed. The role offers $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus commission, a $750 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment, medical, dental, vision, critical illness and accident insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities. Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industries is preferred, and the work involves outdoor conditions, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
