Caliber Car Wash is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to train and coach staff, resolve customer complaints, communicate company goals, and drive the success of a new express tunnel car wash. The role requires at least one year of management experience, strong customer-service and leadership skills, computer and POS proficiency, and availability for a flexible schedule including weekends. Compensation starts at $14–$15 per hour plus commissions, with health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
