Brightpoint is hiring a full-time Assistant Site Manager for its Scott Child & Family Center. The role supervises and coaches early childhood classroom staff, supports lesson planning and classroom routines, provides reflective supervision, evaluates interns, and manages personnel actions such as hiring, training, performance appraisals, leaves, promotions, and terminations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, an Illinois Gateways to Opportunity Early Childhood Education Level 5 Credential, and at least two years of early childhood teaching experience. Compensation is $60,000–$63,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
