Description
Buttcon is hiring a full-time Assistant Site Superintendent to support the Site Superintendent in managing construction projects. The role coordinates daily activities, schedules and allocates resources, supervises subcontractors and workers, enforces safety and quality standards, conducts inspections and meetings, maintains project records, and helps resolve construction challenges. Candidates need at least five years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role, along with blueprint-reading, construction-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position is primarily on project sites, requires outdoor work in all weather, and offers a base salary of $90,000 to $105,000 plus annual bonus opportunities.
