Third Space is hiring a full-time Assistant Superintendent to support the startup and early field execution of a purpose-built rental development project. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role coordinates mobilization, bulk excavation, shoring, dewatering, foundation activities, subcontractors, consultants, inspections, safety, quality, scheduling, documentation, and project administration. The position requires 4–5 years of relevant construction experience, familiarity with excavation, shoring, civil, concrete, or structural work, and Procore experience; it offers a $90,000–$110,000 annual salary plus an annual performance bonus and health and dental benefits.
