Description
Colt Builders is hiring a full-time Assistant Site Supervisor to support the Site Supervisor through all phases of a construction project, from preconstruction to completion. The role oversees safety compliance, job-site setup, framing operations, subcontractor and employee coordination, quality control, scheduling, materials, reporting, and project administration. Candidates must have advanced framing and plan-reading knowledge, at least three years of field foreman experience, site-management experience, Microsoft Office and Fieldwire proficiency, and CPR, AED, and first-aid certification; OSHA 10-hour training is required and OSHA 30-hour training is preferred. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week on site, with possible weekend work and work at heights.
