Description
The employer is hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor, Pharmaceuticals, to lead and coordinate construction and renovation of laboratories, cleanrooms, and research facilities in the Noord-Holland region. The role involves directing colleagues and subcontractors, monitoring schedules and project progress, enforcing safety and hygiene standards, resolving bottlenecks, serving as the first point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and assisting on the work floor. Applicants need construction education or equivalent experience, a valid VCA-VOL certificate, a Category B driver's license, and Dutch and English proficiency. The position offers a contract directly with the client and an hourly wage aligned with the Construction CAO.
