Henco is hiring an Assistant Supervisor, Rolling in Herentals, Belgium, to support the Rolling Supervisor in managing the department that processes large pipe coils into standard formats and packaged products. The role involves scheduling and staffing, monitoring KPIs and production performance, contributing to Lean and continuous-improvement projects, supporting safety and quality, and serving as the supervisor’s point of contact for operators and team leaders. The position requires prior team-leader or supervisory production experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and preferably a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
