Guilford College is hiring an Assistant to the softball coach to support an Old Dominion Athletic Conference Division III women’s softball program in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role assists with daily team operations, practice planning, field setup, positional instruction, game evaluation, recruiting, and travel coordination. The posting requires at least five years of coaching experience and prefers candidates with collegiate playing experience or prior collegiate/high school coaching experience, strong work ethic, and interest in a Division III environment.
