Description
The Assistant Lawyer will join a London-based personal injury team while working from the North-West, with occasional attendance at the London office. The role manages and progresses employer's liability and public liability personal injury claims, supports a major client account, investigates liability and coverage issues, and handles cases from straightforward matters through to complex, high-value disputes. Candidates must be qualified solicitors with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, experience handling defendant personal injury claims, and strong knowledge of EL/PL litigation.
