Description
The Assistant Lawyer will work in London on a hybrid basis, attending the office once a week or fortnightly, and support an experienced Lead Lawyer and specialist team in managing a major personal injury client account. The role involves handling employer's liability and public liability claims across a broad value range, investigating liability, quantum, and coverage issues, and delivering client service. Candidates should be qualified solicitors with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, experience with defendant personal injury claims, and strong knowledge of EL/PL litigation and coverage disputes.
