Park Hyatt Sydney is hiring an Assistant Sommelier to support the Hotel Sommelier with wine-list maintenance, stock ordering and storage, wine organization during service, and guest recommendations. The role requires excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, a current NSW RSA Certificate, strong food and beverage service skills, and experience as waiting staff or an assistant sommelier in a fine-dining restaurant or similar environment.
