Description
The Assistant Spa Director supports the Spa Director in managing a spa and wellness center, overseeing front-desk, service, locker-room, and retail operations; coordinating therapist and staff schedules; supervising and developing spa staff; monitoring guest service and service recovery; managing inventory, supplies, payroll, and labor control; and assisting with revenue reporting, promotions, and marketing initiatives. The role requires 2–4 years of spa, hospitality, or wellness operations experience, prior supervisory or lead experience, and the ability to perform physical work in a spa environment with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
