Description
The Assistant Spa Manager assists in the daily operations of a spa facility, including team training and scheduling, payroll processing, facility management, guest service, retail support, event coordination, inventory control, budget and P&L monitoring, and revenue optimization. The role supervises spa staff, maintains Forbes Travel Guide standards, supports the Spa Director, and requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with CPR and First Aid certification.
