Description
The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in operating a spa, including overseeing attendants and supervisors, handling front-desk and guest-service activities, managing inventory and supplies, coordinating staffing and training, addressing employee relations, and maintaining facility standards. The role requires 45–50 hours per week, a minimum of three years of spa or hospitality management experience, CPR/AED certification, and availability for evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
