Description
The Store Operations Manager partners with the Store Director to lead total store operations, supervise department managers and associates, and drive sales, gross, shrink, inventory, labor, merchandising, safety, sanitation, and customer-service goals. The role requires at least three to five years of front-end retail operations experience, one year managing a perishable department in a comparable high-volume retail industry, and prior inventory and financial management experience. It is a full-time position requiring flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperatures.
