As an Assistant Store Lead at Black Rock Coffee Bar, you'll embody servant leadership, guiding your team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations with a focus on Sales, People, Operations, and Cost Balancing (SPOC), leading customer service models, communicating effectively, and ensuring smooth shift coverage. You'll also contribute to sales promotions, promote safe work practices, manage inventory, and handle off-bar leadership tasks like approving timecards and cash management. On-bar duties involve preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
