Description
Black Rock Coffee Bar is hiring an Assistant Store Lead to support the Store Lead in managing a fast-paced retail coffee shop. The full-time, hourly role combines shift leadership, customer service, barista work, team hiring/onboarding/training, sales promotion execution, staffing coverage, cash and timecard management, inventory control, equipment troubleshooting, safety compliance, and resolution of customer and operational issues. The position works 40 hours weekly, including at least 32 hours on bar, and requires at least six months of employment with Black Rock Coffee Bar unless otherwise approved. Compensation starts at $21 per hour plus tips and bonus eligibility, with medical, dental, and vision insurance options among the benefits.
