As an Assistant Store Lead at Black Rock Coffee Bar, you'll embody servant leadership, guiding your team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations with a focus on Sales, People, Operations, and Cost Balancing (SPOC), leading customer service models, communicating effectively, and ensuring smooth shift coverage. You'll also contribute to sales promotion plans, promote safe work practices, manage inventory, and handle administrative tasks like approving timecards and cash management. Additionally, you'll perform on-bar duties such as preparing beverages, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
