7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Store Leader Trainee to work alongside the Store Leader and oversee customer service, employee training, coaching, retention, merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty programs, store cleanliness, safety, and product availability. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
