Description
Everlane is hiring an Assistant Store Leader to oversee product flow from shipment through sales-floor merchandising, manage inventory and replenishment, maintain store presentation and standards, support product launches, and lead store teams. The role also handles store expenses, facility maintenance, supply procurement, in-store technology, and customer-facing service, with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates need at least two years of leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. The hourly pay range is $30–$40.
