Description
The Assistant Store Leader, Visual Merchandising leads the merchandising team and supports the Store Manager in executing sales, operations, visual, customer-service, training, safety, and loss-prevention goals. Responsibilities include planning seasonal floor plans and daily displays, directing product flow from receiving to the sales floor, coaching and developing associates, managing workloads, analyzing store reports, and ensuring brand standards and customer service are met. The role requires significant sales-floor and back-of-house involvement, flexible full-time scheduling, and at least two years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
