Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in various aspects such as sales, customer service, store appearance, and overall store operations. This role involves leading the store team, managing the store during the Store Manager's absence, assisting with hiring processes, processing transactions like buy online/ship to store, handling returns, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Assistant Store Manager also performs opening/closing duties and assists in maintaining the store environment.
