Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in various aspects such as sales, customer service, store appearance, and overall operations. This role involves leading the store team, managing the store during the Store Manager's absence, and assisting with hiring processes. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, aiding in staffing decisions, mentoring team members, processing orders and returns, handling financial transactions, and performing opening/closing duties.
