Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager by overseeing sales-team members, training and scheduling staff, maintaining merchandising and customer-service standards, handling cash and register operations, stocking and inventorying, covering other store duties, and managing opening and closing responsibilities. The role also includes cash balancing, deposits, accounts receivable, bad-check recovery, reporting, shrink prevention, and general store cleaning.
