O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role leads store team members, oversees retail showroom service levels, helps with staffing, coaching, hiring, order processing, returns, merchandising, opening and closing duties, and store maintenance.
