Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in directing client experiences, sales, store operations, visual merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention. The role assumes the Store Manager’s responsibilities when unavailable, manages and develops sales staff, handles POS transactions and cash, monitors sales performance, maintains inventory and merchandise standards, and supports visual merchandising and store communications. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, retail or fashion-related education or equivalent experience, at least five years of luxury retail management experience overseeing seven or more people, and proficiency with inventory, client experience, visual merchandising, Microsoft Office, iOS, and POS software. The position pays $26.00-$35.00 per hour.
