PLS is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Irving, Texas location. The role supports store leadership by delivering strong customer service, supervising CSR activities when needed, assisting with day-to-day operations, compliance, cash handling, audits, scheduling, and community marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy retail environment.
