PLS is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Cicero, Illinois financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Store Manager, supervises CSR activities when needed, handles cash and transaction processing, helps meet sales and compliance objectives, and participates in recruiting, training, scheduling, audits, and community marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong customer-facing and communication skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
