Description
Assist the store manager in a management-track role focused on store sales, appearance, operations, team supervision, hiring, training, safety compliance, customer calls, delivery fleet maintenance, scheduling/payroll, and gross profit management. The role is designed as hands-on training toward future manager placement and requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, automotive parts knowledge, and completion of O’Reilly’s management and certification programs.
