PLS is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Dorchester, Massachusetts retail financial services location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Store Manager with day-to-day management, supervises CSR activities when needed, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, supports recruiting and team development, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps drive sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. The position offers a Massachusetts pay band of $19 to $21 per hour and eligible benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, advancement opportunities, and training.
