Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports one or more self-storage locations under the District Manager and Store Manager, helping maintain cleanliness and operational excellence while building customer relationships, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities include unit rentals, insurance, moving supplies, site safety inspections, customer billing and security concerns, cash handling, payments, and deposits. The role requires at least one year of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable personal vehicle except in New York City and Brooklyn.
