OTR is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a retail, convenience, or quick service restaurant store. The role includes customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and enforcing health and safety procedures. The successful candidate needs retail or hospitality leadership experience, flexible availability for specified weekday shifts, strong communication and attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to developing others. Australian working rights and a current police clearance certificate are required.
