Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a retail apparel store, developing and engaging employees, delivering excellent customer experiences, maximizing sales, and executing daily store operations. The role includes merchandising, product knowledge, selling, POS transactions, team development, accountability for assigned responsibilities, and acting as manager in the Store Manager’s absence. Candidates should have at least two years of comparable assistant or co-manager experience, a record of exceeding sales expectations, flexible availability, and occasional travel availability.
